Welcome to Sigma BarPrep. By accessing or using our website and AI-driven study tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. License & Services
Sigma BarPrep grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our platform solely for your personal bar examination preparation.
Strictly Personal Use
Your account is for one individual user. Sharing login credentials, "group buying," or projecting content for classrooms without an institutional license is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
2. User Obligations
You agree that you will not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or algorithms of the Service.
- Use automated scripts or "scrapers" to collect questions or explanations from our database.
- Copy, distribute, or resell any content (including flashcards and essay rubrics) found on the platform.
3. Billing, Renewals & Refunds
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly plans renew automatically every 30 days. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our content, refunds will only be issued for certain reasons, such as technical problems.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") are owned by Sigma BarPrep and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
5. Disclaimers & No Guarantee
No Guarantee of Passing
While Sigma BarPrep is designed to significantly improve your retention and test-taking skills, the bar exam is a subjective and difficult test. We do not guarantee that you will pass the bar exam or achieve a specific score.
Furthermore, our content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Sigma BarPrep, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising from your use of the site.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms (such as account sharing).
